1 Star - It just wasn’t for me…

2 Stars - It was okay, but it didn’t grasp hold of me and inspire me.

3 Stars - It was enjoyable and a nice read.

4 Stars - I really loved it. It held my attention with ease, drew me in and I could feel each vivid emotion.

5 Stars - I absolutely fell in love with it. It was well written, capturing and lingered in my thoughts…

Now this is just my basis for rating each book. As you can see I have many books that have been rated in between these ratings because they have qualities that may be on the verge of the next level.

I do love most books that I read, as I generally choose books in which I believe I will enjoy. Therefore you will see many books in the 3 - 4 rating range.

It is difficult and somewhat rare to find a rating of 5 within the books I review though, so take them seriously. Cherish them.
